Swedish Therapeutic
A standard relaxation massage. Long flowing strokes are used to increase blood circulation and move lymph through the body.Deep Tissue - Myofacial Release
Choose specific areas of the body to focus on during your session. Stretching the fascia (tissue surrounding the muscle) and applying deep pressure to release toxins and realign muscle fibers.Icy Hot
(add $20 to massage fee)Combination of 9 therapeutic grade essential oils massaged into the neck, shoulders and back. Creates a tingling blend of icy and hot sensations to stimulate the central nervous system.
Zen Shiatsu
An ancient form of Japanese bodywork performed fully clothed on the floor or table. The use of direct finger pressure and stretching techniques to ease muscle tension and balance meridians throughout the body.Aromatherapy
(add $30 to massage fee)Choose any therapeutic grade essential oil to diffuse into the air and add to your lotion. Any extra lotion/oil not used during the session will be bottled for you to take home.
Outdoor Jacuzzi
(add $30 to session)Begin your treatment with a relaxing 25-minute soak in our outdoor Jacuzzi. Our hot tub is chlorine and bromine free. Better for your skin and outside fresh air.
